EFC Alternative Education Loan and
State Regulations Forum

The Alternative Education Loan and State Regulations Forum meets bi-monthly to provide a forum for EFC members to share information and updates with their colleagues related to their nonprofit and state-based education loan programs. Participants collaborate to help each other resolve challenges, answer questions, share ideas, etc. This forum also discusses the growing number of state regulations and licensing/certification requirements for the origination and servicing of state-based, nonprofit private education loans, as well as a variety of other education loan-related issues.
